Shipping Information

Shipping is processed on the next business day after receiving the order.

  • Spain (mainland): transit time is between 24-48 hours, considering business days. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €3.90. For orders over €50, shipping is free.
  • Balearic Islands: transit time is between 4 and 6 days, considering business days. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €4.90. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
  • EU: transit time is between 3 and 7 business days. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €12. For orders over €100, shipping is free.

Exchanges and returns

You can return any item purchased from Plego within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. To accept the return, the item must be in perfect condition and retain its original labeling and packaging. You must include a copy of the invoice or delivery receipt for the returned product, indicating the reason for the return. Before making a return, send an email to sales@plego.art explaining the reason for the return or exchange.

Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless it is an exchange or return due to an error on our part. In this case, Plego will cover the shipping costs. It is very important to properly protect the package to prevent the item you wish to return or exchange from being damaged. Once we receive the package and verify that everything is in order, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately refund the amount of the order or exchange the product, if applicable.

FAQ’s

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Send us a message at sales@plego.art and we will provide you with the account number for making the deposit and an order number to include in the reference, along with your name. The shipment will be processed once we receive proof of payment.

Is it safe to shop at Plego.art?

Purchases made on our website are completely secure: your personal and financial data are protected and not accessible to unauthorized individuals at any point during the process.

Can I cancel the purchase once the payment has been made?

Yes. To cancel an order, you must immediately contact us at sales@plego.art. If the cancellation is received before the order has been shipped, we will refund the amount of both the product and the shipping. If the cancellation occurs after the order has been shipped, it will need to be handled as a return.

What happens if the order arrives damaged?

All items are carefully inspected before being shipped. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@plego.art and we will find a solution.

Can I receive the order at a different address from the billing address?

Yes, in the form you fill out to place the order, there is an option to include a different delivery address from the billing address.
